Why NewVoiceMedia is an ‘outstanding’ Place to Work

This article was published on May 26, 2020

We were really pleased to announce this week that we’ve achieved a 2 star rating of ‘outstanding’ in our first year of participating in the Best Companies survey – the name behind The Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For.

Less than 30% of organisations that entered achieved the top 2 or 3 star rankings, so winning a place on this highly respected list is such an exceptional achievement!

We’ve appointed a number of new people over the last few months, and continue to look for the best talent in the industry across a range of roles. So why is NewVoiceMedia such a great place to work? We’ll leave it to our employees to answer!

Muhammad Basit, who joined us as Corporate Sales Executive a couple of weeks ago, said, ‘NewVoiceMedia has a fantastic culture and true leadership. There is a real team effort and customer focus, as well as passion about being the best in the market’.

Clare Wenham, who recently joined as Product Marketing Manager, commented, ‘Having spent five years in a large corporate environment, I feel like I can make a real difference at NewVoiceMedia. It’s been challenging and rewarding, and it’s great to be working with people that share the same drive and vision that I do’.

I am pleased to see that these views are shared across the organisation, as the survey results showed that our employees are excited about the vision and execution of the business and believe they can make a valuable contribution to its success.

Best Companies says that ‘being a best company goes beyond the bottom line. It's about excelling in every area throughout the workplace and an organisation's commitment to its most important assets – its workforce’. We couldn’t agree more. Hiring, developing and retaining the best people in the industry, really is a significant source of competitive advantage that helps to differentiate us in our marketplace.

We will now build on this success and continue to work hard to make NewVoiceMedia a happy and stimulating place to work.
