Dreamforce Begins!

This article was published on May 26, 2020

After months of counting down, Dreamforce, the world’s largest vendor-led technology event, is finally here! More than 130,000 people have now registered and we’re really excited to be involved. Here are just a few of our highlights to look out for over the four days.

Firstly, your trip won’t be complete without a visit to NewVoiceMedia booth W222 – and here’s why! You’ll be given an awesome free augmented reality t-shirt that allows you to ‘See Inside Your Customers’. Simply select from one of five fun experiences and see yourself on the big screens at our booth.

Interested in winning an iPad Air? All you have to do is tweet a photo of yourself wearing the shirt (like Erik, pictured) tagged #df13 @newvoicemedia or be seen wearing it around the show by the NewVoiceMedia ‘spot me’ crew, and you'll be entered into the draw. Simple. If that's not enough, other spot prizes range from sweets to Amazon gift vouchers! Keep an eye on our Twitter feed to find out more.

You'll also be able to help yourself to some popcorn, while chatting to one of our team about how you can integrate your voice communications with Salesforce to improve overall customer service and satisfaction levels.

Have you ever seen a world record taking place? Well now’s your chance! On Wednesday, we'll be attempting a Dreamforce record-breaker, by building a contact centre in less than 30 minutes, complete with full telephony infrastructure, call flow, ACD, WebRTC delivery and intelligent routing capabilities. This will be a definite must-see, so make sure you reserve your seat for this nail-biter and we’ll even give you a free lunch! Check out our video to watch us break the record in London last month, completing the build in just 28 minutes!

We’ve also got a great range of sessions lined up for you to attend. We have a number of customer speakers joining us to share their insight into the issues that matter most to them, as well as sessions exploring how to build your sales and marketing teams using Salesforce and how to take your company from its earliest beginnings to a top-rated AppExchange and ISV partner. Find out more and register your attendance here.

Finally, 'ContactWorld for Service' will be used by Salesforce support agents in the Live Customer Engagement Center, located in the Expo area (Moscone North) where the event’s exhibitors and attendees will be assisted. If you have any queries during your time at Dreamforce, here’s the number you need:     +1 (855) 693 3435

We look forward to seeing you soon!
