Billennium’s solution, Inperly, extends traditional communication channels of companies e.g. banks, and allows companies to provide remote customer service and expertise. Using Inperly with Vonage’s TokBox API and Vonage Authentication API, customers may visit a digital branch of the company, which enhances the customer experience by eliminating the key obstacles like limited access to specialists in traditional branches, inconvenient opening hours or difficulties in organising meetings with several people. Inperly uses Vonage’s Voice API and an innovative call centre with web and in-app voice calls and co-browsing features which facilitates solving complex problems. To support clients using social media for communication with organisations. Inperly with Vonage’s Messaging API lets both parties to conveniently switch between different channels when the different specialists communicate with clients. Our solution keeps the whole history of conversations and allows to communicate without the annoying process of switching between channels.
